Overview

Our website is designed to facilitate communication and education for both patient and practitioner.  Patients can submit their health history information online prior to their appointment and we in turn can provide them with any pertinent data on medications we may use or prescribe and post-treatment issues that need to be addressed in advance.

The online referral link ensures that all information on the patient inclusive of images can be reviewed in advance, thereby ensuring that the consultation/treatment appointment(s) and the follow-up will be efficiently performed and expedited with dispatch.  Coaches' corner provides an additional resource for all as it sends an email directly to Dr. Serota for clarification of any question or issue. 

The Digital Library is an archive of articles, case reports and programs on all aspects of comprehensive care. The material therein is downloadable and for everyones use. To upload material to the library, the User ID and Password can be obtained from Dr. Serota by contacting him at kendo@endosolns.com .
